I visited this food truck today for the first time during Food Truck Friday Festival in downtown Jackson. I ordered the catfish and it was phenomenal! I only rated it a 4 because of the wait time (and I was on my lunch break � However, the food deserves 5 stars! Also wanted to give a "High Five" �to the young lady who was taking the orders.Her attitude was the best despite the long lines and a few customers complaining! Keep up the good work! The food was worth the wait!�. I will definitely visit your truck again.
